Every person takes a few e-mails. Then uploading, fixing and such, adding in the photos. It’s not hard work but if there is twenty people involved, that’s something like 150 actions, multiple programs, a few hours.

All worth it.

It is my honor and pleasure to have the position to be able to do this.

It takes a lot of effort, not here, putting it all together on my phone, my iPad and my laptop in a coffee shop.

…and I’m married, a young boy in the house.

This one was made mostly in the hours between 10p and 3a. That’s when the dog is snoring, the house is quiet and when no one is impacted by my madness in putting it together.

I’ve been a little distracted lately and this helped me to get back in the groove.

I think so too.

I look back at the first pages of tenkara-fisher and I see we nailed it, “Japanese style fly fishing” and just took off from there.

There is a dark side to this but I don’t really care about that.

That has to be dealt with by the people doing the bad shit.

I think positivity triumphs over it all and putting everyone together that I can, to share their love of tenkara is so satisfying.

On the front page of the site is a list of names with links to what they have done.

It is truly a community site.

I believe it is the best site outside of Japan on tenkara.
