Thanks Karl. I guess I should’ve used the spider on the cutts instead of the hopper pattern in
an earlier video. They would’ve torn it up for sure. I’ll try it this year.

I mostly fish dry flies on my native streams, beadheads in deeper water, I like to fish dries or rather emergers though.
When I’m western fishing I always pack a Tenkara with a Pat’s Rubber Legs, weighted for the deep fast runs, killer fly and I have landed many big fish using it.
I fish traditional Tenkara patterns about 25% of the time. But that’s just me.
