Many of you have probably seen this already but we launched the new FoxFIRE fiberglass hybrid rod on Kickstarter. It is a great rod that gives you a soft action is some very short lengths for those of you that fish tight canopy creeks. One thing Jason Sparks said about this rods production prototype is that

I also don’t need another rod and have a rod that matches the Foxfire’s characteristics on paper pretty well. Green for me, and will do a "fish off’ early next summer to determine which gets sold.
I have a Gift Card at Amazon. Gess I will have to wait until the FoxFIRE FG Tenkara Rod goes on sale there. It is not all that long before the trout season closes here, anyway…Karl.
Apparently they got some rods in earlier than expected and are shipping them out. The rest will ship in December. If you haven’t received a notice it probably isn’t coming until later.
