Does anyone have a link to the best knot to tie onto the metal top style rod? I took a photo from Teton hope he doesn’t mind.
Just use a standard slip knot, just like with a lilian. Just put the slip knot over the metal tip.
And yes, it is fine using the photo.

I agree with Tom; the slip knot would work great. I have the same type of tip to several of my rods
and the slip knot works great. Tom had written about this some time back and I followed his advice and it works great. Thank you Tom.
