Just in case you are interested, there is 2 new rods on Kickstarter offered by Tenkara Rod Co. The rod is called the Hafu and it comes in either 240 cm or 300 cm. The cost is $185 for either rod and $345 for both rods. I think it will be released for shipment in Sept. Both rods are made in Japan in collaboration with River Peak I believe. It looks like they are making the smaller pack rods which have become so popular recently. Just thought you would like to know if you haven’t heard about it.

Thanks for the heads up, Mike! Yes they look like the River Peak Sangaku rods, just in a different color scheme.
