What species of deer antler do you use? It is a lot darker than the deer antlers I see on the East coast

Hello, from what deer antlers, I have found out, they were sent to me from the Far East, the city of Vladivostok. Sergey Guriev, Tenkara Prim company. We also have reindeer, but their antlers are smooth, and these have an interesting shape. I just saw similar products from Japanese craftsmen and I wanted to make them. The hardest part is making a hole for the scissors.
