Hey guys I was wondering what happened to the ONI SHOP WEBSITE !
I have been goin on it for more than a month now to check and it seems like there is nothing for sale anymore which is very weird ! Like nothing at all !
Does anyone have any news about it ?

I think Coco is having health issues and she handles the orders - there was a September 1 post on the Oni rod owners facebook group (ONI TENKARA ROD OWNERS GROUP | Facebook - I hope it’s acceptable to post a link). No updates in quite a while, so I hope she’s okay.

I think the tariff situation is also contributing to the issues.

That could be a thing now for sure I saw on TENKARA YA they are not shipping in the US anymore .

Yikes, Japanese rods were already hard to get. Shame that Tenkara-Ya is out too.
Anyone know the best place to pick up Japanese rods atm?

Tariffs are going to have a massive impact on the entire fly fishing industry. Tenkara is going to suffer big price increases as the rods mostly come from China and Japan.
Shame about Tenkara-Ya but that may be temporary until the customs infrastructure gets sorted. Still going to cost more now, even if shipping is restored.
